  • tomato juice - 1.5 l,
  • spices to taste, sunflower oil.

All vegetables need to chop into cubes or strips, season and pour tomato juice. You can dilute the mixture with water if you do not like sour dishes. The liquid should cover the vegetables with a margin of two fingers - for liquid soup, 1 cm - if you prefer to grind the soup in a puree. Bring the soup to a boil and simmer on low heat until the vegetables are soft. After cooking, the mixture can be ground in a blender and served with fresh herbs.
