All vegetables need to chop into cubes or strips, season and pour tomato juice. You can dilute the mixture with water if you do not like sour dishes. The liquid should cover the vegetables with a margin of two fingers - for liquid soup, 1 cm - if you prefer to grind the soup in a puree.
